DESCRIPTION:CAS 2025 conference\, an IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) event\, will take place in Sinaia\, Romania\, October 7 – 11\, 2025. \nSemiconductors\, integral components of near all contemporary technologies\, represent a pivotal human invention.
